Gist uses only the cookies and browser storage we need to make the service work. No tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics.

No tracking
We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. Under UK PECR, the cookies above are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require opt-in consent — but we show a one-time notice so you know they exist.
Clearing cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage any time via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and clear any notes saved in the Notes panel.
